How OrcaComply uses cookies and similar technologies on the website and within the software service.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
Cookies are small text files or similar technologies that websites and online services can store on a user's device. They can be used to maintain a secure login session, remember preferences, measure website use or support security and service functionality.
The public OrcaComply marketing website does not currently use analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. It does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party analytics simply because a visitor views the website.
The site may use local browser storage to remember a visitor's cookie-notice choice. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are introduced in future, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before those technologies are set.
The authenticated OrcaComply software application may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent session technologies to sign users in, maintain a secure authenticated session, protect accounts, support anti-forgery controls and provide functionality that cannot reasonably operate without them.
Where a cookie or similar technology is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user, consent is not normally required under applicable UK cookie rules, although clear information should still be provided about its purpose.
If OrcaComply links or redirects users to a third-party service for payments, support or other requested functionality, that provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Those technologies are controlled by the relevant provider and are governed by its own privacy and cookie information.
The same legal principles that apply to cookies may also apply to similar technologies that store information on, or access information from, a user's device. If OrcaComply introduces such technologies for non-essential purposes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated accordingly.
You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies in the OrcaComply application may prevent login, security controls or other core functionality from working correctly.
We may update this Cookie Policy if the website, OrcaComply application or third-party services change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
If you have questions about cookies or similar technologies used by OrcaComply, please contact us through the OrcaComply contact page or through Orca360.
